STRENGTHENING THE BODY, NOURISHING THE SOUL
Ambience Yoga: Working with our Wonderful Amazing UniverSE
"Ambience Yoga Aims to Advance and Extend the Current Paradigms of Traditional Systems of Yoga Whilst Still adhering to The Ancient and Traditional Value Systems underlying The Practice of Yoga as a Whole..." Ian (KDJ Sweetlovin') Founder and Preceptor, Ambience Yoga
ONLY BUT THE TRUTH ...ULTIMATELY ONLY THE TRUTH PREvails
WHAT WE ARE ABOUT HERE AT AMBIENCE YOGA: CREATING AWARENESS OF THE UNIVERSAL AND ANCIENT ART FORM AND PRACTICE OF YOGA, ALL WITHIN A MODERN CONTEXT! WE ARE TAKING THIS BEYOND PHYSICAL CLASSES...
OUR INTENTIONS WERE (AND STILL ARE ) HONOURABLE, HOWEVER THE MAIN PROBLEM WAS OUR INABILITY TO SECURE THE PARTNERSHIP OF INDIVIDUALS WHO TRULY SHARED OUR VISION...
WE REFER TO THE PICTURE ABOVE... IN YOGIC MYTHOLOGY, LORD SHIVA, REFERRED TO AS 'ADIYOGI' (THE FIRST YOGI) AND 'ADIGURU' (THE FIRST GURU) GRANTED THE PLEAS AND WISHES OF THE 'SEVEN SEEKERS' (KNOWN AS THE 'SAPTARISHIS' TO TEACH THEM THE SCIENCE OF INNER LIBERATION (WHICH WE NOW KNOW AS 'YOGA' IN ITS MODERN SENSE.
LORD SHIVA PROCEEDED TO EXPOUND TO THESE SEVEN SAPTARISHIS 112 WAYS FOR HUMAN BEINGS TO ACHIEVE THEIR ULTIMATE POTENTIAL THROUGH TRANSCENDING THEIR LIMITATIONS...
THIS OCCURRED OVER 15000 YEARS AGO AND THE ART FORM OF PRACTISE OF YOGA GROWS STRONGER IN THIS DAY AND AGE!
WITHOUT DWELLING TOO MUCH ON THE NEGATIVE, WE WILL JUST PROVIDE ALL OF YOU, OUR AMBIENCE YOGA PRACTITIONERS A ''TIMELINE OF TRUTH'' SO YOU REMAIN INFORMED AS TO WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED WITHOUT ANY REFERENCE TO THE GOSSIP THAT NEGATIVE INDIVIDUALS MAY BE SPREADING.
AMBIENCE YOGA PENANG- WHAT REALLY HAPPENED; 'TIMELINE OF TRUTH'
WHAT WE ARE ABOUT HERE AT AMBIENCE YOGA: CREATING AWARENESS OF THE UNIVERSAL AND ANCIENT ART FORM AND PRACTICE OF YOGA, ALL WITHIN A MODERN CONTEXT! WE ARE TAKING THIS BEYOND PHYSICAL CLASSES...
2016 - The Idea of Ambience Yoga is Born and Developed
In 2016, we Began Visiting the amazing Emerald Isle of Penang with the view of bringing Commercial Yoga to this Amazing Island here in Northern Malaysia. We were Regular Visitors of this Amazing Island and fell in love with it and hence our idea of Bringing a Full-Scale Commercial Yoga Studio to Penang was Born!
2018 - Physical Completion of Yoga Studio and Cafe (FINALLY!)
After Much Bother and Negotiating our way through through Treacherous and Nefarious Individuals, we finally Achieved the Physical Completion of Ambience Yoga Penang Studios, alongside Chillz Cafe, Penang. The idea was to Provide a Yoga/Cafe Community which our Practitioners and Cafe Goers could all be a Part of. The Cafe was in fact meant to be Secondary to the Yoga Operations and we were wondering if we should have just called it Ambience Yoga Cafe! However we decided to Meld Two Separate Entities together, side-by-side. leaving the Outcome to Providence...
