AMBIENCE YOGA TERMS AND CONDITIONS - GROUP CLASSES -
AMBIENCE YOGA PACKAGES - GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Packages are Purchased Online by the Customer and Offered in Good Faith By Ambience Yoga.
- All Sales Are therefore Final and Deemed Non-Refundable In Whole or In Part
- Packages can only be Purchased only after an Individual Creates an Account with Ambience Yoga.
- The Creating of Account with Ambience Yoga The Newly Registered Member Agree to the
Waiver Form which Protects Ambience Yoga from Any Legal Frivolity on the Part of Other
Parties, but does not in ANY WAY, SHAPE or FORM, Divest Ambience Yoga's Intention to
Provide A Space To Practice Yoga with Adherence to the Highest Standards of Health and
Safety.
- Unless Stated, Packages are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable, and in the Exception of Sharing Packages, May not be Utilized by an Individual other than for the Person for who the Package was Originally Purchased For.
- Individuals Involved in a Sharing Package Must Register as Ambience Yoga Members and Create an Account with Ambience Yoga. Once there is the Final Assignation of Members to a Package, This Remains in force until the Package is Exhausted or has Expired.
- No Alterations to the Members Assigned to a Sharing Package will be Allowed, Nor request for

- Package Duration and Expiry are Published Transparently in Ambience Yoga Media and Booking Platforms,and as Such, Purchases are made with the Purchasees with Full Knowledge And Awareness of the Services and Products, and witherto, Fully Inclusive of Prices and Expiry Dates
- All Ambience Yoga Members and Clientele upon Registration agree to Wholly Abide by Ambience Yoga Terms and Conditions
- Ambience Yoga Reserves the Right to Amend its Terms and Conditions as it sees fit, and Will communicate such amendments Via the General Newsletter which is released on a Monthly Basis.

Private Classes @ Ambience Yoga - Terms and Conditions
- Ambience Yoga is Happy to Accept Queries About our Private Classes
However, Private Classes can often come at the cost of Ambience Yoga Normal Class and
Instructor Schedules, So Additional Terms Will Apply
- Private Classes Are Not Fixed in Terms of Schedule or Instructor Availability
While we do our Best to Accommodate your Requests, it May Not Always be Possible to
Conduct your Private Class In the Same Day or Time Every Week, Nor Can the Requested or
Desired Instructor be Guaranteed
- Private Class No Shows or Late Cancellations Will Result in your Private Class Credit for that Class Being Forfeited.
PACKAGE EXTENSIONS NOT ENTERTAINED EXCEPT FOR:
- MEDICAL REASONS
A Valid Medical Certificate will need to be Produced from a Fully Qualified Medical Practitioner
Currently Certified by the Singapore Medical Council
This is However Subject to the Discretion of Ambience Yoga Management and Acceptance of
The Produced Medical Certificate is NOT AUTOMATICALLY GUARANTEED.
- TRAVEL PLANS:
In Certain Circumstances, We may be able to take into account, your Travel Plans and provide
you with a slight extension of your Package Expiry
You May be Granted up to a 2-WEEK MAXIMUM EXTENSION:
- Provided you are able to Produce a Valid Travel Itinerary AT LEAST 1 (ONE) CALENDAR
MONTH IN ADVANCE OF YOUR TRAVEL
- You Must be Officially Travelling as a Passenger on that Produced Itinerary.
- Decisions to Grant Or Deny such an Extension Request Remain the Sole Discretion of
Ambience Yoga and are Final. NO Further Representations will be Entertained.
- 2-Month Extension Request Payment Fee (Currently MYR 50.00)
In Certain Circumstances, if you feel you are unable to Complete your Package by its due date,
You May Always Request to Pay for a 2-month Extension for your Package .
Upon Payment, this will Extend your Package by 2-Months from its Expiry date.
- This Extension is a Single, One-Time Extension Only and May not be Applied to the Same
Package Twice or More
- This is only Applicable to Requests Made AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE PACKAGE
EXPIRY DATE
- Packages Already Expired Will Not Qualify for this Extension.
Class Cancellations And No-Shows
- Classes Must Be Pre-Paid, Booked, Amended or Cancelled a Minimum of 6 Hours Before your Class.
- No-Shows will Result in your Class Credit Being forfeited
- Late Cancellations Will Result in your Class Credit Being Forfeited
