We Offer Hot Classes whereby the Studios are heated in the healthiest way possible, via Convectional Diffusion ... Enabling our Practitioners to Develop a Sweat based on an Ambient Heated Environment.
We have Cultivated an amazing Relationship with our Landlord, KAP Mall Management and our Wonderful Bukit Timah Clientele....
However as part of our decision to Expand our Operations, our Premier Singapore Branch was Proving to be Way too Small.... with a Maximum Capacity of 9 Mats, we found this limited Mat Numbers Restriction to be too Prohibitive to our Operations as our Waitlists Seem to Expand, resulting in Client Disappointment as a Trend in Over Bookings- Absenteeism Cycle Developed as Certain Clientele attempted to to Counter this problem, which led to Frustration on both Clientele and our Management's Side.
THE DECISION HAS BEEN MADE TO HANG UP OUR YOGA MATS PERMANENTLY WITH REGARD TO OUR KING ALBERT PARK BRANCH, AS WE SEEK BIGGER AND BETTER PREMISES TO SERVE OUR YOGA CLIENTS AND YOGIS ALIKE.

In our Case, the Difficult Decision was made to Discontinue our Tenure at Tanglin Mall... We had Fostered Amazing Bonds with our Amazing Tanglin Mall Clientele and some of the great Tanglin Mall Executives... However we were unable to resolve certain issues pertaining to the integrity of the old Building Structure... and we simply felt that our Amazing Clientele in the Nassim, Tanglin and Orchard Areas simply Deserved So Much More!
This Lease Renewal Juncture Enabled us to Re-Assess our Objectives; Both Personal and Commercial... and the Difficult Decision was made to Discontinue with our Tanglin Mall Operations in Favour of Bigger and Better Horizons...

Celeste took her first 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training not with the intention to teach but to deepen her practice and expand her yogic knowledge.
She has taught in fitness studios, private residential facilities and corporate environments in Shanghai and Singapore using both English and Mandarin as teaching mediums.
Celeste is also a certified Aerial Yoga Instructor, has completed her Wheel Yoga Teacher Training, Pre- Post-natal and Active Birth Teacher Training, MFR, MyoYin & AcuYin Teacher Trainings. She leads a wide range of classes, and customises instruction on alignments and breathing for individual skills, experience, and body types. Taking into consideration that no style of yoga fits all, her classes are versatile and can be gentle, restorative, dynamic, and energetic but definitely compassionate, humorous and fun!
Regina embarked on her own Yoga Journey 7 years ago.
Since then, she has found the Ancient Art Form and Practice of Yoga to be a Profound Source of Healing, Growth, and Transformation in her life.
