Joanna is a former ballet dancer. She enjoys exploring new variations of poses and finding ways to deepen her practice. She has completed more than 500 hours of yoga teacher's training.
Joanna believes that learning is a life-long journey. She continues to attend classes, workshops and training courses with teachers all over the world to improve her own practice as well as her teaching. She is inclined to lead her students towards graceful controlled moves executed with full awareness to help them experience the mind body connection.
She hopes that students leave the class feeling physically and mentally grounded and rejuvenated.
