Celeste took her first 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training not with the intention to teach but to deepen her practice and expand her yogic knowledge.
She has taught in fitness studios, private residential facilities and corporate environments in Shanghai and Singapore using both English and Mandarin as teaching mediums.
Celeste is also a certified Aerial Yoga Instructor, has completed her Wheel Yoga Teacher Training, Pre- Post-natal and Active Birth Teacher Training, MFR, MyoYin & AcuYin Teacher Trainings. She leads a wide range of classes, and customises instruction on alignments and breathing for individual skills, experience, and body types. Taking into consideration that no style of yoga fits all, her classes are versatile and can be gentle, restorative, dynamic, and energetic but definitely compassionate, humorous and fun!
